Casa Paola – Modern meets Toskana
The Casa Paola, newly built in 2022, offers 54 m² of space for up to 6 people, combining modern comfort with traditional Tuscan charm. The bright living area with an open kitchen and fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere, while two bedrooms and an additional sofa bed provide plenty of space for families.
Outdoor Paradise with Private Pool
Here, too, you will find a private pool (7 x 4 m) with atmospheric evening lighting – perfect for relaxing hours in the water.
The spacious terrace with a barbecue area invites you to enjoy the tranquility of nature.
Special extra: In addition to the fenced garden area, there is an additional fence around the pool – ideal for families with small children or pets.
Dreamlike Setting
Like the Casa Mauro, Casa Paola is also in an absolutely secluded location, just a few kilometers from the charming town of Roccastrada. The gentle hills, oaks, and cypress trees surrounding the area provide an authentic Tuscan nature experience.
Access & Parking
The house is accessed via a typical Italian country road – an official gravel track of about 2.5 km. Depending on the weather, there may be some uneven sections, but the road is regularly maintained. Please note that it is not suitable for very low-slung vehicles or sports cars.

Reasons why a visit is worthwhile
Der malerische Hügelort Roccastrada im Herzen der Maremma, der 475 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel liegt. Sobald man Roccastrada verlässt, stehen 146 km lange Wanderstrecken zur Verfügung, die als Trekking Roccastrada markiert sind. Roccastrada ist ein Städtchen mit Altstadt und kleinem Theater. In den mittelalterlichen Gassen finden Sie lauschige Restaurants und hübsche kleine Plätze. Unterhalb des Turms hat man eine wunderschöne Aussicht über das Land. Roccastrada hat eine gute Infrastruktur.
Zum Meer nach Follonica sind es ca. 40 km. Weitere Bademöglichkeiten gibt es im Fluss bei Torniella (ca. 13km). Auch die Thermalquellen von Petriolo sind gut zu erreichen (ca. 22km). Fluss Farma 16 km und der Badesee Accesa 30 km.
